‘Absolute chaotic disaster’; Obama lashes out at Pres. Donald Trump’s response over coronavirus
Mr Barack Obama, who was the President of the USA from 2009-2017, has criticized Donald Trump’s handling of the Coronavirus crisis in the country. He was furious with his decisions during a private conference call, where he termed it as “a chaotic disaster.” He discussed various topics during the Private call, according to the CNN press release.
“What we’re fighting against is these long-term trends in which being selfish, being tribal, being divided, and seeing others as an enemy — that has become a stronger impulse in American life. And by the way, we’re seeing that internationally as well. It’s part of the reason why the response to this global crisis has been so anaemic and spotty,” Obama said, according to Yahoo News.
He was surprised by the statement of the White House that Trump has saved American lives during this pandemic. Furthermore, he also strongly disagree with the fact that Criminal charges were removed from Michael Flynn, who is a National Security Advisor. He also added that with the mindset which Mr Donald Trump is having now, the situation would only get worse day by day during the pandemic.
